  • You’ll get a special email from The Breath Institute.
  • It will ask you to fill out a form about your food, any physical needs, and other important details.
  • This helps us prepare your space perfectly.

  3️⃣ Watch Your Inbox:

  • Please check your email often for messages from us, like how to set up a custom password for the MEMBER PRODUCT LIBRARY and the Welcome email.
  • Make sure they don’t go to your spam folder.
  • This is how we’ll stay in touch about your retreat.

  4️⃣ Group Alignment Call:

  • About 4 to 6 weeks before your retreat, we’ll have a group video call.
  • This call is to answer your questions and help us all connect our energy for the journey ahead.
  • It's a chance to feel the field before you arrive.

PAYMENT SPIRAL OPTIONS

We know committing to a retreat is a big step. To make it easier, we offer a payment plan that respects your financial spiral while holding the integrity of the retreat field.

Here’s how it works:

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $555 is needed to save your spot. This deposit is not extra—it goes toward your total retreat price!

TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS

1️⃣ Pay In Full and SAVE!
You can choose to pay the full retreat price upfront of $3333. If you do, you SAVE $100 (a 3% discount) because we don’t charge credit card fees!

2️⃣ Monthly Payments:
You can choose to pay the full retreat price (+3% credit card fee) at $3433. Your remaining balance (after the deposit) will be split into equal monthly payments. Payments start 30 days after your deposit. Each payment is due on the same day each month until the full balance is paid.

Automatic Payments: Will begin 30 days after your deposit ("30-day trial" means your first payment will not begin until 30 days from now). Your payment will continue monthly at $719.50 for the next 4 months, and will be due on the same day every month. This keeps your spiral aligned without stress.

Automatic Payments 60 Days Before Retreat:
Automatic payments are not available 60 days or less prior to the start of the retreat. The full balance must be paid in full by then.

Late Payments: If a payment is missed, we’ll gently reach out. If we can’t reconnect, your spot may be released to someone else on the waitlist.

Codex-Aligned Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations more than 9 months before the retreat:
You will receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees and deposit).

Cancellations between 9 months to 90 days before the retreat:
You lose 50% of the total amount paid so far (minus any credit card fees and deposit).

Cancellations less than 90 days before the retreat:
Non-refundable. In rare cases of true emergency (like a serious medical event), we may offer a credit toward a future retreat. These are handled with compassion and discernment.

If We Cancel:
If we find that the retreat is not a good fit for you, there is not a minimum of 50% people registered for the retreat, or an unforeseen event, circumstance, or natural disaster, we may cancel your spot. In that case, all your payments will be fully refunded.
